Delete Your KarmYogi Account
We are sorry to see you go. You can permanently delete your KarmYogi account and all personal data we hold about you. Please follow the steps below.
Email us from your registered address
Send an email from the email address you signed up with to official@karmyogi.in with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request — KarmYogi
In the body of the email, please include:

Your registered email address
•
Your display name (if you remember it)
•
A clear sentence confirming you want the account deleted
We must receive the request from your registered email address. This is the only way we can verify the request actually comes from you — otherwise anyone could request someone else’s account be deleted.

What happens after you email us
We acknowledge within 2 business days
Our team replies confirming we received your request.
We verify the sender
We confirm the email came from your registered address and there is no obvious abuse (e.g. a forwarded ticket from someone else).
We delete within 30 days
Within 30 days of verification we permanently delete:
• Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, date of birth)
• All posts, comments, reactions, and messages
• Your KARM balance and follow graph
• Any KarmYogi Juniors data attached to your account
We send a final confirmation
Once deletion is complete, you receive one last email confirming the account is gone. No further communication from KarmYogi will reach you after this.
What KarmYogi keeps after deletion
For legal and tax reasons we keep anonymised aggregate records of KARM transactions. These records contain no name, email, phone, or any other field that could identify you personally. They are used only for auditability — for example, “there were X transactions on day Y”.
Before you delete — things to know

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your account, KARM balance, or posts later.
•
Any KARM balance is forfeited. If you want to spend or transfer your KARM, do it before requesting deletion.
•
You can re-register later. But you’ll start with a fresh account, fresh balance, and no history.
•
If you have a KarmYogi Juniors household, all child profiles attached to your account are also deleted.
Need help?
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, write to official@karmyogi.in from any address and tell us what your registered address was. We will ask you a couple of identity questions before completing the deletion. This protects your account from someone else deleting it.
